Gyutan-Tan: This new beef tongue restaurant in Singapore serves gyutan in more than 20 dishes

I’m talking about Gyutan-Tan, the first restaurant in Singapore to brand itself as specialising in beef tongue. They have 20-odd tongue dishes on the menu featuring tongue in every Japanese-style shape and form: Sliced paper-thin for shabu-shabu; grilled over binchotan charcoal and paired with rice and soup; braised in demi-glace sauce; in gyoza; and even served in ramen and salad.
